These days the teenagers addict the computer and internet. The internet is a versatile source of information in the world today. It is the way to communicate for many people all over the world. In these days teenagers don’t use the internet in good ways, with the development of modern technology and increased technical programs, an increase in a addiction by teenagers. The problem of internet addiction is about lack of control and effect of self. The teenagers don’t understand this problem and don’t consider it is a real problem. They believe everything has been in the internet. Actually that is a big mistake. They should understand what the best way for them or what things they must read or mustn’t teenagers should do some useful activities or family discussion. They must believe the internet addiction is a real problem and it is not good for them in this ages. They must do useful activities such as reading stories, swimming ,studying more and gathering with friends. When they have work in the computer or they have to use it, they should try to use it for a specified time and particular purpose. Teenagers have to learn how control themselves and thinking about everything before doing it.

They have to work every day and study every night and on weekend to pass in university, They spend along time to improve their language .
